Train the Trainers

Body in Motion conducts specialized workshops for trainers on topics ranging from active fitness to rehab. These include better program design and implementation, guidance on further education based on their goals and training for better ‘injury free’ programming.

Through mapping of best practices and latest techniques in training delivery, we address the 4Ps of training:

  1. Purpose & Assessment
  2. Planning & Preparation
  3. Presentation & Facilitation, and
  4. Performance & Evaluation

New trainers gain a strong foundation in critical training skills while seasoned trainers are introduced to new approaches for delivering high-performance workshops.

Body in Motion Train the Trainer sessions are grounded in real world learnings and not just academic theory. They focus on practical examples of the training cycle – before, during and after a trainer delivers a session, with special emphasis on designing optimal program construct that is participant centric and engaging.
